Foreign Exchange and Payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars, exclusive of applicable taxes.

Payment may be made by money order, or by arrangement into our Canadian bank account.

We offer a lay away plan for articles priced over $2,000, with no interest. That is our commitment. The customer’s commitment is to make regular payments of an agreed amount over an agreed period (usually no longer than one year). The item will be shipped following the final payment.

Shipping & Delivery

Purchases will be processed in the order received, and normally will be on their way immediately payment is cleared , F.O.B. shipping point.

Items must be fully paid for and, especially for customers outside Canada, shipping charges agreed and accepted by the purchaser.

Customers are welcome to discuss various shipping arrangements with us.

Purchasers of items such as barometers, ship models etc. which have, however well packed, an enhanced shipping risk, might wish to consider picking them up from our address if within practical driving distance from us. This holds true with regard to particularly large and heavy items.
